How long will it take to get my result?

Turnaround time is 24 hours. We also offer Same Day results.

 

Do you take insurance?

We do not accept insurance. We only accept credit card or cash payments. Payment must be made in full during service. However, depending on your insurance policy, you may be able to submit your service receipt later to your insurance for a partial or full reimbursement. 

Is the test invasive?

The test is a nasal swab administered by our clinician.

What should I do if I'm experiencing severe symptoms?

If you or your family needs help managing your symptoms, contact your doctor. Your doctor will review your symptoms and help create the best treatment plan. If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, please call 911.

How do I cancel my appointment?

Appointment cancellation will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee.

Fees are waived for change of test date or time.

Am I required to show ID?

Yes. Bring a form of photo ID to your test. This helps ensure that your test results are matched to the right person. Your identity and your test results are protected by federal law.

Do I have to get out of my car?

Depending on the testing site, some are walk-up and some are drive-through and the test can be done while you remain in the vehicle.
