Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of an Appointment: Appointment cancellation will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Appointments are in high demand, and your cancellation will allow another patient access to timely testing. This will enable another person who is waiting for an appointment to be scheduled in that appointment slot. How To Cancel Your Appointment: If it is necessary to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require that you call or email. You may also cancel via e-mail: info@covid-19etest.com "No Show" Policy: Office appointments which are cancelled or no show will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Patients who do not show up for their appointment without a call to cancel an appointment will be considered as NO SHOW. For rescheduled appointment, in this instance fee will be waived.
